Saturday evening’s program begins with a screening of the amazing film “Late Blossom Blues” which tells the astounding story of Leo “Bud” Welch..a traditional blues man who cut his first record in 2014…at the age of 81…and rocked the blues world to it’s core. Where has this guy been the last 60 years? Why has nobody ever heard of him?

Following the film will be a performance from the acclaimed blues master Memphis Gold and his band, with special guest Ms Zeno, (The Louisiana Mojo Queen). Memphis’s master of the blues tradition and Ms. Zeno’s more Louisiana flavored stylings promise a night of amazing music to complement the film you just witnessed.
